I remember at the beginning of the project having some concerns about Neil's hourly rate. He was higher than the first architect that we were working with. However, he was way more experienced and ended up getting the project done in a fraction of the time and overall cost. We're so blessed and thankful to have met Neil when we did and trust him with our project. In our minds he nailed it! "
